Ups and downs happen, but still holding solid and still going good.
Currently have a job that's pretty low-stress. Around these parts a job alone is hard to find, so a job that isn't giving me an ulcer is quite a blessing. The last one has put my on a Zantac regimen.
Gots me a new(for me) car. 2001 Chevy Impala, 154K miles, runs like 54K miles. As long as it lasts me next 20ish months then AWESOME. Once it's paid for a breakdown is okay, but I'd like to pay this one and the old one off before having to get a new one. Seems logical, right?
Living outside small towns isn't so bad. My only regrets? Gas prices and mileage, and only a 1 picture theater nearby. (I am a theater buff. Even if the movie sucks, a la Spider-man 3, it's still a good time in a full, opening-night Theater.)
Life is pretty good. Transitioning from an adult-aged kid to an adult is a bit rough. I think I'd be getting a C if it were a class. Now I know why old people are so touchy and cranky
